Shipping and Delivery
All shipments to the U.S. are now sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover all import duties and tariffs at the time of shipping — you won’t have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
Please note that, due to new U.S. tariff regulations and increased parcel volumes, occasional delays may occur within U.S. customs or local carriers. These hold-ups are usually related to customs congestion, postal overload, or changes in import procedures.
We do everything possible to ensure smooth and timely delivery, but kindly ask for your understanding that any delays once the parcel is within U.S. customs or carrier networks are beyond our control.

Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 7 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges
Unwanted items can be sent back only when your notice about the return is registered by our team.
Our products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:
- Items must be in the original size and length (no customization)
- Items must be in the original condition (not used, not washed and not damaged)
- Items in specific colors may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, get in touch with us
- The return package must contain a return form completed
- The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund
- It is very important that you place a return form inside the parcel stating the order number, otherwise, we will not be able to identify the parcel.
- If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot make a refund or exchange. If you do not know the order number, feel free to contact us
- Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned.

REFUNDS
All return packages are checked to ensure that the clothes returned are in the original condition. We need 14 days to take care of it and issue a refund. The money is sent to the account that was used to pay for the order.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. To get the right item, you should place a new order.

PLACING AN ORDER
When you create a personal account, you must also create a personal user name (your email address) and password. Protect your password at all times and don’t pass it on. You will be held responsible for all purchases made through your user name and password.
Orders on www.avielleatelier.com have the following process:
- You choose the Products;
- You enter your payment information and choose a delivery address;
- Authorization of payment;
- We send you a confirmation of the receipt of the order by email as soon as the payment has been processed;
- We collect the payment from your bank account;
- We dispatch the products;
- You receive the products.
ORDERING
Please double-check that all information is entered correctly as no amendments can be made after the order is processed.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Products listed on our website are pre-order items and making time takes 10-20 days.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to AVIELLEATELIER.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by AVIELLEATELIER. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
IMAGES OF PRODUCTS
The presentation of the colors of the Products on this website depends amongst others on the settings of your monitor and the graphic card of the visitor of the website. The colors presented may, therefore, differ from the actual colors of the products.
