PLACING AN ORDER

When you create a personal account, you must also create a personal user name (your email address) and password. Protect your password at all times and don’t pass it on. You will be held responsible for all purchases made through your user name and password.
Orders on www.avielledelin.co have the following process:

  1. You choose the Products;
  2. You enter your payment information and choose a delivery address;
  3. Authorization of payment;
  4. We send you a confirmation of the receipt of the order by email as soon as the payment has been processed;
  5. We collect the payment from your bank account;
  6. We dispatch the products;
  7. You receive the products.

ORDERING

Please double-check that all information is entered correctly as no amendments can be made after the order is processed.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid import duties or customs fees may be subject to return shipping costs and are non-refundable for those charges.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Products listed on our website are pre-order items and making time takes 10-20 days.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to www.avielledelin.co. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by www.avielledelin.co. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

IMAGES OF PRODUCTS

The presentation of the colors of the Products on this website depends amongst others on the settings of your monitor and the graphic card of the visitor of the website. The colors presented may, therefore, differ from the actual colors of the products.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information.
